Phnom Penh: On Monday 15th June 2020, Do Forni is reopened, offering a new dining experience. Italian Chef Valentino Chirico has crafted newly inspired dishes bringing Italian cuisine to a superb level. Chef Valentino uses an innovative approach to traditional Italian fare, alongside an extensive selection of more than 60 wines from the cellar to enhance the dining experience.

Do Forni new menu features signature dishes such as Atlantic King Scallop with saffron sauce, Homemade Black Ink Tagliatelle, Pan Seared Seabass Puttanesca, and Beef Chop, together with the succulent cut of finest meat – Australian Grass Fed Beef from Cape Grim.

Just a few words about Cape Grim, Tasmania, it is situated in far northwest Australia, shaped by wild Southern Ocean swells and an abundant rainfall that has produced the cleanest air. This pristine environment has nurtured the finest quality beef, rewarding with pure beef flavor – made by nature.

 

Nested in the middle of the hotel, Do Forni offers a warm and elegant atmosphere with large windows, dark leather sofas, luxurious velvet chairs, and an open marble kitchen with amazing pizza oven.

On the opening of Do Forni, the team led by Mr. Sony So will wear a new uniform which is exclusively designed by Phnom Penh based designer, Colorblind.
