This month the city’s only international French luxury brand presents a new menu that will be available throughout the week in response to the city’s strong demand for Sichuan cuisine.

The talented Chef Yang Gujian, was born in Chengdu, the Sichuan Province in China, is ready to share his culinary experience through his Sichuan cuisine for your dining pleasure with a special signature lunch set menu of 8 courses at $48++ per person, minimum for 4 people.
The Sichuan cuisine which is originated from the Sichuan Province in South-Western of China, is famous for its bold flavors, particularly the pungency and spiciness which result from the liberal use of garlic and chili peppers, as well as the unique flavor of Sichuan pepper.
The Visitors at Fu Lu Zu will be immersed in a celebration of Sichuan cuisine with a vast “A La Carte ” menu offerings sea cucumbers, shrimps, lobsters, scallops and much more for the seafood lovers. The luxurious and exclusive meat & poultry will be sublimed with a different way to cook fromsautéed, braised, to pan-fried and other traditional technique for an unforgettable spiced moment.
This Fu Lu Zu set new menu will be available for lunch from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and for dinner from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm with a set menu at $48++ until the end of September.
