SAKURA ENGLY: Beton Block & Pave hosted a grand opening ceremony in the gardens of the French Embassy. The event was attended by Khuong Sreng, the Governor of Phnom Penh, and a lot of VIPs from the construction industry. Beton Block & Pave has opened a new factory in Oudong, 30km north of Phnom Penh, that uses a French high-end press block-machine to manufacture various concrete products to sell to the Cambodian construction market.
