Phnom Penh: Reference of press release No. 37 PR-20/EoJ and on Tuesday, 1st of December 2020 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan issued a press release on the Foreign Minister’s Commendations for this year, which are awarded to individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in international fields, to acknowledge their contributions to the promotion of friendship between Japan and other countries and areas.
The recipients who are awarded the Commendations for their activities related to Cambodia are as follows:
H.E.Dr. Mey Kaliyan: Senior Advisor, Supreme National Economic Council, Royal Government of Cambodia.Contributions: Promoting economic relations between Japan and Cambodia
Mr. Hout Sothy: Commissioner, Oddar Meanchey Provincial Police Commissariat Contributions: Supporting Japanese nationals in need of help in Cambodia
Awarding ceremonies will be organized in due course.
