Phnom Penh: Friday, 11st of October, H.E. Mr. MIKAMI Masahiro, Ambassador’s Embassy of Japan in Cambodiavisited ECCC (Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia) and LDC (Legal Documentation Center Relating to the ECCC), and learned about the tragedy during the Khmer Rouge time as well as what ECCC and LDC have been doing to achieve justice and truth for the future. Japan has been the biggest donor to ECCC and contributed to the construction and functions of LDC.
