Engly Tuy (Sakura): Gourmets of Cambodia will be treated to a series of Michelin Chef Dinners this week at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra and Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort – presented in association with Thai Airways, AusKhmer and La Plantation. The culinary brigades of both properties will be joined by renowned Chef Jean-Yves Guého, from the award-winning restaurant L’Atlantide located in Nantes, France. The dinner will feature dishes paired with spices and peppers from La Plantation in Kampot. Courses include Canadian Lobster and Sweet & Sour Turnips seasoned with Kep Sea Salt and Kampot Red Pepper, as well as Beef Filet, Seared Foie Gras and Smoked Eel seasoned with Kampot Black Pepper. AusKhmer will pair sumptuous wines with each course.
