SAKURA ENGLY: The British Embassy in Phnom Penh on Thursday celebrated the official birthday of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at the Great Duke Phnom Penh Hotel. Over 500 distinguished guests from the Royal Government of Cambodia, Royal Family, foreign diplomats, civil society leaders, and students joined His Excellency British Ambassador Bill Longhurst to celebrate the event. The guest of honour was H.E. Ly Thuch, Senior Minister and Secretary-General of Cambodia Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA).
