SAKURA ENGLY: North Korea’s embassy in Phnom Penh organised an event called the Shiny Star, the 76th anniversary of Great Leader Comrade Kim Jong-il at the Pyongyang Restaurant. The event was attended by You Hok Kry, First Vice-President of the National Assembly, and a lot of VIPs from the Cambodian government and the North Korean community in Cambodia.
