The first FENDI Casa flagship store in Cambodia is being inaugurated in the country’s capital, Phnom Penh City. Opened in partnership with MW Design and Build Co. Ltd. a Cambodian company specialized in the importation of luxury brands, the store is located on the main thoroughfare of Phnom Penh’s dynamic lifestyle district, surrounded by shopping malls, upscale residential developments, luxury hotels, diplomatic buildings, and high-end tourist attractions.
The new boutique is part of the broader international expansion project, launched in 2021 by FENDI Casa, which recently opened a boutique in Jakarta and will also be inaugurating monobrand stores in Seoul and Singapore within 2024.
“Asia is a strategic market for FENDI Casa,” says Alberto Da Passano, CEO of FENDI Casa. “These new store openings in major Southeast Asian capital cities will allow us to engage more directly with clientele who are already familiar with and value the FENDI universe, while also reaching new customers eager for the chance to access top-tier Made in Italy products. With our stores, the goal is to promote the values of quality and artisanal savoir-faire, which have always been the brand’s hallmark, and to become a global reference point in luxury interior design,” concludes Da Passano.
The boutique, designed by the FENDI Casa design team under the supervision of the FENDI headquarters architects’ team, covers an area of 455 square meters on a single floor.
Surmounted by an imposing logo against a FENDI-yellow background, the grand structure’s four gigantic floor-to-ceiling windows draw visitors and create visual flow between interior and exterior. On an interior wall, a LED installation evoking the arches of Roman architecture, one of the most symbolic images of the Maison, catches customers’ eyes even before they cross the threshold. Inside, they find themselves in a bright, airy open space, with the FF logo pattern gracing the walls and floors in Arabescato Vagli marble, a style element of FENDI Casa boutiques worldwide. Natural light pours through the windows, lending a welcoming feel to the sophisticated atmosphere.
The boutique is laid out in a long series of clean, elegant spaces flowing into one another, punctuated by white columns. Every detail of the interior design is intended to spotlight the collection of furnishings and accessories created by internationally renowned designers under Silvia Venturini Fendi’s creative direction.
The collection showcases a range of styles, from the iconic upholstered Fun FENDI pieces designed by atelier oï, with their charmingly unexpected Peekaboo effect revealing the Maison’s playful side, to the minimalist Totu Set created by Toan Nguyen, a masterpiece of elegance and fine craftsmanship. It also includes the Clouds bed by Chiara Andreatti, the quintessence of sophisticated comfort, and the Blow Up seating system designed by Controvento, which offers a soft contemporary look. Together, these pieces exemplify the innovative spirit and artisanal excellence of FENDI Casa.
The Phnom Penh flagship store offers a unique and engaging experience that lets visitors discover a collection of statement pieces, furniture that blends the noble tradition of Italian craftsmanship with an avant-garde vision.

In 1994, Silvia Venturini Fendi took over as Head of Accessories and later the Men’s line. In 2000, the LVMH Group acquired shares in FENDI becoming the majority shareholder in 2001. Kim Jones was appointed Artistic Director of the Couture and Women’s Collections in September 2020, while Delfina Delettrez Fendi, the fourth generation of the Fendi family, was appointed Artistic Director of the Maison’s Jewellery Line.
