1. Establishment of Mobile Outreach Unit, consisting of dedicated vehicles, a video recorder, a projector, a portable screen, loudspeakers, microphones and laptops to be used
for outreach activities in the provinces across Cambodia over a three-year period.

2. An exchange visit to the library of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the
Netherland and the other documentation center in Germany that are the most relevant to
the functions of the LDC for enhancing cooperation and knowledge sharing.

3. A two-year project for research scholarships for Cambodian undergraduates (LDC is
going to work closely with partner universities and academic institutions by providing a
platform for undergraduate students to conduct their research papers and thesis related to
the field of genocide, the Democratic Kampuchea as well as the legacy of the
Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC).

4. Improvement and further Development of Virtual Tribunal.

The Legal Documentation Centre relating to the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (LDC) serves to carry on the documentation legacy of the ECCC. LDC was
established by sub-decree No 159 on 16 November 2015 and officially launched on 27 June 2017.
