He paid courtesy calls to Samdech Techo Prime Minister Hun Sen and H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, and had a meeting with young politicians and politics-oriented people.

Mr. Norikazu SUZUKI is Liberal Democratic Party of Japan (LDP), Member of the House of Representatives Yamagata 2nd Electoral District (elected third times).

December – 2012: Elected to the House of Representatives for the first time (46th General Election, Yamagata 2nd Electoral District)
December – 2014: Reelected to the House of Representatives (47th General Election, second term)

October – 2018: Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs

Mr. HORINOUCHI Hidehisa, Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, hosted at his residence the Conferment Ceremony of the Imperial Decoration of the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun on His Royal Highness Samdech Norodom Sirivudh, former Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and High Privy Counselor of His Majesty the King of Cambodia.

The decoration was decided on May 21 , 201 9 by the Cabinet Office of the Government of Japan in recognition of His Royal Highness contribution to strengthening relationship and friendship between Japan and Cambodia.

Honorable guests were invited to the ceremony, during which the decoration was bestowed upon Samdech Norodom Sirivudh by H.E. Mr. HORINOUCHI on behalf of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan.
