Phnom Penh: 4 September 2025 – A landmark gathering of emerging leaders took place at Himawari Hotel Apartments with the successful hosting of the Empowered Youth Leadership Conference 2025. The event brought together 210 youth participants from diverse backgrounds for a full day of leadership development, collaboration, and purpose-driven learning.
Jointly organized by Add Courage, Brands For Good, Himawari Hotel Apartments, Refer Globally, and the School of Innovative Leadership, the conference focused on four core objectives: fostering leadership strengths, sharing best practices, promoting social responsibility, and enhancing cross-cultural understanding.
Participants engaged in hands-on workshops and dynamic discussions aimed at helping them lead with purpose and drive meaningful change in their communities through Biblical principles. Expert speakers shared real-world insights on leadership, ethical enterprise, and sustainable impact, encouraging youth to develop actionable plans aligned with community needs.
The event was graced by Special Royal Guest HRH Norodom Pong Kanchana and Guest of Honor Mr. Andrew Tay, OSt.J, whose presence added inspiration and prestige to the conference.
