Phnom Penh: The Himawari Hotel Apartments hosts an unforgettable evening as renowned Singaporean composer and pianist Dr. Nicholas Ho brings The Sound of Peace—Piano Charity Concert 2025 to Phnom Penh on 24 August 2025. This inspiring event will highlight 60 years of enduring friendship between Cambodia and Singapore through the universal language of music.
The charity concert will feature a carefully curated program blending the nationalistic songs of Cambodia and Singapore with soul-stirring piano performances. Beyond music, the event carries a powerful message of peace, remembrance, and cultural unity, aiming to strengthen community ties and inspire hope across generations.

“Music has the power to heal, unite, and remind us of our shared humanity,” said Dr. Nicholas Ho, who has been hailed internationally as a “gifted young artist” with a “dazzling technique and bravura.” His career highlights include a debut at Steinway Hall in New York City, performing Rachmaninoff’s Third Piano Concerto in Chicago, and recitals across Singapore, Phnom Penh, Munich, Texas, and Missouri.
Importantly, all proceeds from the concert will be donated to victims at the border area, extending support and solidarity to communities most in need through St. John Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
