Phnom Penh: On 15th August 2025, to mark this special occasion, the Royal University of Fine Arts is hosting its inaugural exhibition titled “Journeying Together,” featuring the participation of approximately 24 national and international professional artists.
24 artists are collectively showcasing diverse artworks, including paintings, sculptures, and photographs, from August 15 to November 15, 2025. The theme “Journeying Together” represents the combined efforts of the arts community, including the Royal University of Fine Arts, its teachers, students, and other artists, all stepping forward on an artistic path full of creativity, emotion, and dreams.
“Journeying Together” helps achieve shared goals by providing a place for artists to display and promote their artwork and encouraging and honoring artists. Promoting the creation of new works and creating an art market and stimulating the culture at the Royal University of Fine Arts, in collaboration with its Center for Cultural Research and Innovation, has officially launched a new temporary exhibition hall located in Prek Leap commune, Chroy Changvar district, Phnom Penh.
The hall was created with the goal of promoting and widely disseminating Khmer culture.
This exhibition hall also serves as an important platform, providing opportunities for teachers, researchers, students, and many artists who often face a lack of space to display their artwork and share research findings in the field of Khmer culture.
