Himawari Hotel Apartments Donated Vitamin C to Staff and NGO

Phnom Penh: Himawari Hotel Apartments in collaboration with St John Phnom Penh carried out a one-day healthcare campaign on April 9 by donating 155 boxes of vitamin C to their management and staff, while another 430 boxes of vitamin C to a needy organization such as the Samdech Techo Youth Volunteer Doctor Association (TYDA).

The hotel apartments’ directors distributed vitamin C in believing the benefits it will bring to the health and well-being of their employees as it may include building up the immune system, protection against cardiovascular disease, prenatal health problems, and eye disease.  The efforts were also part of Himawari Hotel Apartments’ corporate social responsibility initiative to reach out to their employees and local communities during this COVID-19 crisis.
